Biography
Education
Mr. MacLeod obtained his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Tennessee Technological University in 2008 after being Honorably Discharged from the Marine Corp in 2003. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nashville School of Law in 2012.
Experience
Mr. MacLeod served as an Assistant District Attorney for over seven years. For two years he was tasked with the job of prosecuting DUIs. During that time, Mr. MacLeod negotiated over 1,000 DUI cases.
Mr. MacLeod was quickly promoted to lead prosecutor in White County, where he was entrusted with overseeing all cases. Mr. MacLeod has successfully tried over 20 jury trials, including more than 10 DUI trials.
